• Electrical upgrades and/or heat pumps.
• Signs and billboards.

• Approved septic system.  Septic systems may be approved by the Dickenson County Health Department or the Dickenson County PSA.   However, the PSA can only approve septic systems for the towns of Haysi and Clinchco.
• For electrical service, a work order number from AEP is required.
• Building Plans.
• Copy of Contractor’s license.
